Spotless and big size room with comfortable beds, central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The view from the window to city. Good and perfect location to an event in the castle, good restaurants in the local area. Plus, 5 minutes drive from a cubical shrine.

The staff is really very friendly and helpful. The rooms are modest but very convenient to live in. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is excellent and offers a great variety of tasty dishes. You can make coffee or tea in your room.There are smoking and not smoking rooms.

Unfortunately during our stay the lift didn't work. There's no safety box in the room. To my mind the hotel is a bit overpriced.

I loved that this place is in a convenient and perfect location close to Düsseldorf airport, Messe, the castle, and both Düsseldorf and Cologne.

I had chosen the hotel for free wi-fi as promised on internet, yet when I arrived there was no information on how to access. The hotel information in the room only made mention of paid internet services and a business PC. The English of the staff member at reception didn't encourage me to ask.

Lighting in bedroom particularly near wardrobe area not adequate

I chose this hotel for attending a conference and the 24-hour front desk, express check-in/check-out, luggage storage, business center, and restaurant were all available and convenient for my needs.

The only service that I missed for my work was the lack of a dedicated meeting room or conference facilities.

The twin beds in room 103 are very hard and difficult to get a good nights sleep. I did not report this but the facility to open the top window for ventilation was not available as the mechanism is broken
